I like to make it in the crock pot. It's super easy. Mix together plain yogurt, parmesan cheese, garlic, lemon juice, & salt & pepper. Coat the tilapia with it. Stick it in a foil packet. Put some veggies in the bottom of your crockpot with some seasoning & a tiny bit of olive oil. Then put the foil packets on top. Cook onl ow 2-4 hrs. That's it.
