Kick off your shoes and come on in to Spartan Living.  Welcome! 

My name is Tristin and I am a Christian, wife, and mom who is trying her best to live a simple and fulfilling life.  I want my life to be rich--not in monetary terms--but rich in love, family, friends and laughter.

Spartan Living is my attempt to share thoughts on finding contentment in the everyday aspects of life--homemaking, cooking, baking, crafting, nurturing and mothering along with a host of other things--all on a tight budget. 

My husband James and I reside in sunny Melbourne, FL and enjoy the Florida lifestyle.  James and I married in May of 2004 after dating for only 6 months.  He's the only man for me!  Our little Junebug joined us in the spring of 2009 and our lives have not been the same since!
