Without further adieu, here's what we will be eating for dinner this week!
Sunday: Split pea soup (from the freezer) and grilled cheese sandwiches
Monday: Chicken and broccoli stir-fry over jasmine rice (If you follow the link, please note that I am substituting chicken for the beef)
Tuesday: Linguine with white clam sauce and a spinach salad
Wednesday: Asian chicken salad and fresh pineapple slices
Thursday: Grilled salmon, baked sweet potatoes and sauteed sugar snap peas
Friday: Sausage and mushroom quiche and some fresh fruit (whatever looks good at the market)
Saturday: Who knows?!
Do you make a weekly menu? It's a great way to stay organized and beat the dinner rush (you know, when 6:00pm sneaks up and you still don't have a clue what's for dinner!) and also saves money. It only takes a little time, so go jot down a menu for this week. Maybe my menu will provide some inspiration!
Oh, and it's coupon cutting day--so get those scissors out and snip away!
