Tuesday: Meatball subs (recipe to follow later in the week), salad
Wednesday: Whole wheat spaghetti and leftover meatballs, salad
Thursday: Salmon fillets and veggie fried rice
Friday: Brinner (Breakfast for dinner) Belgian waffles, homemade maple syrup
Saturday: We shall see!
