Monday: Hurst's 15 Bean Soup (made with Kielbasa) and Zucchini Cornbread cakes (Leftovers will go into the freezer--my frozen soup supply is running low!)
Wednesday: Chicken and dressing casserole (and in lieu of the canned "Cream of whatever" soup in the recipe I'll be using this homemade substitute), salad
Thursday: Taco vegetable soup, homemade bread
Friday: Smorgasbord of leftovers!
Saturday: Belgian waffles and homemade maple syrup (Shh, don't tell my husband--it's a surprise!)

Taco Salad. I don't have many dishes that I cook over and over, but this one always seems to be a crowd pleaser and it is SO easy - we probably have it every other week:)
