Sunday: Leftover lasagna, green beans and fruit (thanks, mom!)
Brown sugar glazed pork with creme de brie sauce, roasted carrots, salad (I recently picked up some Alouette Creme de Brie for pennies at Publix--yay for coupons and sales!)
Wednesday: Chicken and dressing casserole (and in lieu of the canned "Cream of whatever" soup in the recipe I'll be using this homemade substitute), salad
Thursday: Taco vegetable soup, homemade bread
Friday: Smorgasbord of leftovers!
Saturday: Belgian waffles and homemade maple syrup (Shh, don't tell my husband--it's a surprise!)
